Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Infojini Inc. as a key member of our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitative services to our senior population, working under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide short- and long-term nursing and rehabilitation services to seniors in a community setting.
  • Contribute to a family-like work environment where employees look forward to providing exceptional healthcare services.
  • Assist residents with rehabilitative services, including physical, mental, and developmental impairments, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
  • Maintain expected productivity and efficiency standards set by the Director of Rehab or Administrator.
  • Monitor therapy services to ensure accuracy and provide encouragement when necessary.
  • Record and maintain patient physical therapy records, including progress notes and daily updates.
  • Generate revenue by accurately recording billing information for services rendered.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to facility policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining therapy equipment, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
  • Adhere to professional standards, policies, and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Enhance the physical therapy practice reputation by taking ownership of new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

  • Current Texas licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant is required.

Work Environment:

This is a contract position with a competitive hourly rate of $36.00 - $42.00 per hour. The schedule is an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with in-person work at our location.
