Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced inpatient setting, utilizing your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Support the Float Pool team's efforts to ensure adequate staffing and coverage across all inpatient units.
Requirements
  • Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of hire and/or compact licensure.
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion of a course within the probationary period.
  • ACLS and BLS certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
