Curative is seeking an experienced Ophthalmologist to join our private practice in the Chicago suburbs. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a flexible work schedule.
Schedule:
- Flexible workweek with the ability to work 3-5 days
- Collaborative approach to determining ideal patient volume
- Large support staff with high level of experience
Practice Setting:
- Established, family-focused ophthalmic private practice serving the Chicago area
- State-of-the-art equipment, including a Femto-capable Z8 Lasik machine and a well-equipped facility
- Collaborative team environment with experienced optometrists, nurses, and dedicated support staff
- Zero ER call coverage and virtually no eye trauma calls
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary includes a wRVU structure, with the potential to earn significantly more
- Comprehensive benefits package including relocation assistance, loan assistance, and a sign-on bonus based on experience
- Partnership track available
