The Seasonal Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the operational needs of the organization. This position involves various non-technical tasks, including the delivery of supplies and materials to different locations, performing basic maintenance duties, and assisting with the seasonal setup and closure of offices.

  • Conduct essential maintenance activities such as changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, performing minor electrical repairs, and fixing broken equipment.
  • For complex repairs that require specialized skills, the District Operations Coordinator will be notified.
  • Transport, install, and configure office technology equipment as needed.
  • Support the annual setup and closure of seasonal tax offices, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with brand standards.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions.
  • Maintain office security during after-hours operations.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the District Operations Coordinator or management team.
Essential Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Skills and Experience:
  • Basic literacy skills
  • Familiarity with Outlook and other online applications
  • Valid driver's license and insurance with the ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • Capability to work independently
