About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Service Associate to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C. As a Sales and Service Associate, you will be responsible for executing our sales and merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with store associates and management through daily communication and education on our clients' brands and product lines.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our clients' products.
  • Execute all required tasks, projects, and resets with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain high-quality work and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy.
  • Have a detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate daily with the Territory Sales Lead on activities, sales opportunities, and any success or potential barriers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.
  • Work may involve sitting, standing, or walking, with fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
  • Valid driver's license required for travel to additional locations.
  • Automobile liability insurance required.
  • Access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail required.
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred.
