About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Baker to execute production from start to finish, including the production and management of all in-house baked items and pastry production. The successful candidate will maintain cleanliness of all BOH work areas, including refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas.

Key Responsibilities
* Follow recipes, portion controls, pars, and presentation specifics as set by kitchen management
* Set up station according to established expectations
* Work collaboratively with BOH staff and FOH staff
* Maintain cleanliness of all BOH work areas

Requirements and Qualifications
* General knife handling, food safety & sanitation knowledge
* Basic understanding of professional baking and pastry production
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
