We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Plumber to join our team at Maxwell Plumb. As a key member of our plumbing team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial plumbing systems, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

• Diagnose and Repair Plumbing Systems: Troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of work performed and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Maintain Company Vehicles and Equipment: Keep company trucks clean and well-maintained, ensuring they are in good working condition at all times.
• Participate in Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest plumbing technologies and techniques.
• Meet Performance Expectations: Meet or exceed performance expectations, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• 5+ Years of Plumbing Experience: Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and codes.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials, with a strong physical presence and stamina.
• Certifications and Licenses: Possession of relevant certifications and licenses, including any required by local authorities.
