As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute plans to optimize and grow our hospice services, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive efficient and effective processes, analyzing data and implementing improvement strategies to achieve financial and operational objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality and appropriateness of services provided by our multidisciplinary team, ensuring an optimal patient experience and care quality.
  • Staff Management: Manage staffing levels across the hospice interdisciplinary teams, ensuring appropriate access and quality while adhering to staffing benchmarks.
  • Mentorship and Relationship Building: Build strong relationships within the organization and provide mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Clinical Background as a Registered Nurse with BSN; Masters Degree preferred
  • Prior senior management experience with demonstrated ability to supervise, coach, empower and engage people to do their best of at least 5 years
  • Hospice Operations and Leadership knowledge and experience of 10 years
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead optimization, improvement and growth
