Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembly professional to join our team at MyHR, LLC. as an Aerospace Electronics Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of power electronics, satellite testing equipment, and fabrication of PCBs, power supply cables, and wire harnesses for our aerospace, EV, and medical industry customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble various aerospace legacy components, power drawers, ground testing equipment, PCBs, cables, bundles, route wires, multi-pin connectors, and harness designs to specification and blueprints.
  • Support inspection and testing of assembled products for quality and functionality, and troubleshoot assembly issues.
  • Route power supply connectors and components to housing, and assemble circular or rectangular connectors with 145+ pins.
  • Interpret blueprints for cables and harnesses assembly, including end connector installation, continuity pin testing, twisted shielded wires, and heat shrink.
  • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Assemble PCB boards, soldering ICs, micro soldering, resistors, diodes, transistors, and capacitors.
  • Perform other job responsibilities as required by project needs.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a lead in Electrical Assembly required.
  • 6+ years of experience with Electrical assembly, PCB, cabling, wire harness, and routing wire experience required.
  • 6+ years of working in the Aerospace, EV, or Medical industry preferred.
  • Proven success in a multidisciplinary product design environment preferred.
  • IPC Standards and J standard experience required, certification preferred.
