As a key member of our pediatric department, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical, research, and educational activities of the division.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the division's clinical services, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent outcomes.
- Foster the growth and expansion of pediatric critical care programs, including the development of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in pediatric critical care.
- Expand both clinical and interdisciplinary research programs, collaborating with hospital and academic department partners.
- Supervise division staff, including physicians, advance practice professionals, and support staff.
- MD/DO degree.
- Board certification in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care.
- 5+ years' experience in pediatric critical care.
- Demonstrated success in leadership roles.
