About the Role

Providence Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Walla Walla, Washington. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will support interventional cardiologists with rounding, discharges, education, consults, and assist in clinic follow-ups for general cardiology in the afternoons.

You will be joining a cohesive and experienced group, including four long-term APCs – two NPs who have been with the practice for over ten years and two PAs with 3-5 years in the group. As part of a mission-driven, non-profit organization, you will make a meaningful impact in healthcare while enjoying the vibrant Walla Walla community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rounding and Discharge Support: Collaborate with interventional cardiologists to provide high-quality patient care and facilitate smooth discharge processes.
  • Education and Consults: Participate in educating patients and families about cardiovascular health and providing expert consults to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Clinic Follow-ups: Assist in conducting thorough clinic follow-ups to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.

About the Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $124,792 and $158,280 per year, depending on experience. This compensation includes productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. Additionally, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
