Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the monthly and daily Net Asset Value (NAV) and portfolio reconciliation processes, ensuring discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  • Preparing and reviewing capital call and distribution allocations.
  • Calculating management fees, distribution amounts, waterfall allocations, and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
  • Reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reconciling loan investments and debt financing.
  • Assisting in the review of investor statements and quarterly investment communications.
  • Coordinating with external auditors during the year-end audit process.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
  • CPA designation is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Genuine eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Compensation:

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $140,000. Actual salary will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. For positions outside the United States, compensation will align with local market standards. Additional compensation may be provided beyond the base salary.
