We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Analyst to join our team at WOTM - Partners Professional.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing manufacturing costs and variances, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning, and preparing detailed cost reports and presentations for management.

A key member of our team, the Chief Financial Analyst will maintain and update standard costs in the system, review and analyze inventory and overhead costs, and assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and variances
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for management
  • Maintain and update standard costs in the system
  • Review and analyze inventory and overhead costs
  • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
