Job Description
As a Respiratory Therapist with Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients in the pediatric intensive care unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in respiratory therapy

Requirements:

  • One to three years experience as a Respiratory Therapist preferred
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
