Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $220,000 - $320,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy:

Your Responsibilities

As a Primary Care Physician, your daily responsibilities may include:

  1. Conducting thorough patient exams to determine their condition and gather information about symptoms.
  2. Prescribing medications and providing clear instructions for administration.
  3. Interpreting lab test results to identify potential infections or abnormalities.
  4. Preparing and administering vaccines according to governmental guidelines.
  5. Managing patient care, treating minor injuries and illnesses, such as sprains, cuts, cold symptoms, flu, and UTIs.
  6. Documenting patient progress and condition.
  7. Referring patients to specialists when necessary.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited medical school.
  • Cleared through the National Practitioner Database.
  • Current licensure (State of Idaho) as a MD.
  • Current DEA license required.
  • At least five years of clinical experience as a healthcare provider in primary care, urgent care, or emergency department settings.
  • Working knowledge of basic health principles, illness, and wellness, including current best practices in preventive and primary healthcare delivery.
  • Proven clinical competence and outcome-effective experience providing primary and preventive health services.
  • Skill in family medicine/primary care delivery and ability to establish effective working relationships with patients and staff.
  • Experience with rural community healthcare, public health principles, and practices desired.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, creative thinking, and proven collaboration abilities.
