We're seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Binson's Home Health Care Centers. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and have a strong background in respiratory therapy, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with case management to fulfill patient needs and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Efficiently set up and calibrate CPAP devices for patients, ensuring proper installation and function.
  • Provide expert guidance on equipment, pricing, insurance, and patient information.
  • Maintain open lines of communication between hospitals and Binson's.
  • Deliver and instruct patients on equipment use, documenting in the EMR system.
  • Process patient orders and obtain verbal or written confirmation from physicians.
  • Deliver equipment to patient homes or nearby hospitals using a personal vehicle.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Registered or registry-eligible by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
  • Licensed through the State of Indiana as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Graduated from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Prior medical/DME experience preferred.

Location and Schedule:

Parkview DeKalb Hospital or Fort Wayne Retail Location. Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
