Job Overview

FusionWorks is seeking a highly skilled Associate Consultant for Project Work to strengthen our project teams at client sites primarily throughout Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes and implement resulting requirements to drive process improvements.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of complex systems to identify areas for optimization.
  • Provide consulting services for SAP implementation and optimization to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for clients.
  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and lectures to effectively communicate project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics, or business administration.
  • Previous project experience and interest in sales and/or human resources processes.
  • Affinity for consulting, customer service, and/or software development.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as willingness to travel.
