Job Overview

Madison Regional Health System is seeking a part-time or full-time Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals of various ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Operate medical equipment, including defibrillators, suction equipment, IV pumps, and portable cardiac monitors.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on communication, empathy, and problem-solving.

Working Conditions:

Our healthcare professionals work in a clean, well-lighted area with a variety of tasks, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion of the hands/wrists. You may be required to deal with unpleasant environmental situations resulting from patient care or patient activity. Exposure to infectious disease, body fluids, odors, and dust is possible.
