Job Title: Lead Registered Nurse

Sharp HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Lead Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality services.
  • Assist patients, staff, and physicians as needed to maintain a high level of efficiency and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Care Manager to lead the Nursing and Patient Service Representative Staff.
  • Develop and implement clinical projects to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • 1 year of RN experience in a related clinical area.
  • California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience.
Essential Functions:
  • Clinical Skills: Demonstrates advanced clinical knowledge and skill in assigned area and within scope of practice.
  • Department Efficiency and Effectiveness: Organizes and completes daily requirements and responsibilities.
  • Department Operations: Ensures appropriate level of staffing and assesses requests for time off.
  • Nursing Competencies: Successfully completes Nursing Competencies with a score of 90% or greater in each section.
  • Quality Assurance: Educates staff regarding quality clinical and service standards.
