Physical Therapist PRN Job Summary

Covenant Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist PRN to join our team. As a Physical Therapist PRN, you will provide medically prescribed physical therapy to patients in the home, working in accordance with agency policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans of care with measurable goals and documentation
  • Provide supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants as needed
  • Perform physical therapy procedures, evaluations, and diagnostic tests
  • Teach patients and family members appropriate treatment procedures and supportive activities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation programs
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Florida Physical Therapist License
  • CPR certification
  • Valid Florida or Alabama Driver's License and current Auto Liability Insurance
