Job Summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EVS Custodian I to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our vessel and pavilion areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the vessel and pavilion, including floors, walls, windows, and restrooms.
  • Operate various cleaning equipment, including extractors, stripping/buffing machines, backpack vacuums, and traditional vacuum cleaners.
  • Use a variety of cleaning chemicals and supplies to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Climb ladders and work at heights to reach high areas.
  • Walk extensively during working hours to perform cleaning tasks.
  • Empty trash cans and mobile trash carts, and dispose of waste properly.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms and fixtures, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Wash walls, doors, windows, mirrors, and equipment to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Understanding of the importance of customer service.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely.
