This position offers a competitive estimated annual salary of $22,880 - $27,040 ($11.00 - $13.00 per hour) and provides opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
**Key Responsibilities and Skills:**
- Providing direct care and support to clients in their homes
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients
- Assisting clients with daily activities, including personal care and meal preparation
- Transferring and ambulating clients using assistive devices when necessary
- Providing medication reminders and encouraging clients' independence
- Maintaining confidentiality and reporting any changes in client condition or home situation
- Performing routine housekeeping tasks to ensure a comfortable living space
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Age 18 or older required

- Satisfactory performance on competency evaluations and annual reevaluations
- Available, reliable transportation for assignments
