Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our clinical team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in implementing ABA services, working closely with our clinical supervisors and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement treatment plans that promote skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 direct sessions with clients, focusing on measurement and assessment, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition.
- Document and report client progress, including data collection and analysis.
- Implement treatment plans, including reading goals and implementing correct stimuli or activities.
- Utilize evidence-based strategies, such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET).
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and community members.
- Ensure confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must have prior experience working with children and/or adolescents.
- Must be willing to drive to client homes or the behavior clinic up to three times per day within a 25-mile radius.
Work Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 12pm - 8pm.
Area of Service
- Hesperia, Apple Valley, Victorville, Adelanto, and surrounding areas.
