Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment on site, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures, and maintaining equipment to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a range of vehicles and heavy equipment, including Skid Steer, Rollers, Backhoe, Pavers, and Loaders.
  • Maintain and perform timely inspections and maintenance of all equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with a safe work environment and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Operate other tools and equipment as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
  • High School diploma preferred.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
