We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at the City of Florence's World of Golf. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a cook and possess skills in operating all kitchen equipment. They will also be proficient in various cooking techniques, including grilling, frying, broiling, baking, boiling, braising, and poaching.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience as a cook
  • Must be skilled in operating all kitchen equipment
  • Must be skilled in various cooking techniques
  • Must know and follow proper sanitation procedures
  • Must showcase teamwork and communication skills
  • Must be able to multitask and act quickly
  • Must wear slip-resistant shoes and an apron at all times

Responsibilities:

  • Provides superior customer service
  • Prepares foods that meet customer specifications
  • Recognizes and uses various sauces
  • Keeps work stations neat and clean
  • Assists coworkers to ensure efficient operation
