We are seeking a highly skilled Bariatric Surgeon to join our team at National Wound Physician Group in Pittsburgh, PA.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position that requires a minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week. As a Bariatric Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing wound management services to patients in post-acute care settings, including skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in the post-acute care setting
- Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
- Provide clinical documentation in real-time during clinical rounds using our proprietary wound-specific EMR
- Participate in paid training and a 6-month wound care fellowship
- Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week
- Full health and retirement benefits provided
- Medical malpractice with tail is provided
- Mileage reimbursement
