Key Responsibilities:- Administer care to adult patients, including evaluation, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures to support recommended therapy.
- Consult with colleagues and specialists as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Supervise mid-level providers, including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Participate in the supervision of mid-level providers, including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or a related field.
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- No on-call, no weekends, no late nights, and no holidays.
- New graduates accepted.
- Current and active Texas Medical License.
- Ability to see 17 patients per day.
- Passion for working with the local community.
- $180,000-$225,000 base salary (based on experience).
- $10,000 relocation bonus.
- $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- 10% annual bonus (based on salary).

- CME/CEU stipend of $4,000 annually with 40 hours of PTO.
