We're seeking a Training Analyst to support a large client in Groton, CT. This is a full-time, benefitted role with typical hours of 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Some travel is required between client sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Build effective working relationships with Operations Management and client Subject Matter Experts to gather content information and feedback.
  • Perform Curriculum Analysis to obtain an overarching view of needs and align topical areas.
  • Initiate and conduct Curriculum Development Process and Roles/Responsibilities discussions with Management.
  • Facilitate completion of Training Needs Request and training project plan.
  • Manage the project efficiently through the development process.
  • Conduct/coordinate course evaluations and analyze feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of ISD and learning/training background.
  • Team leadership, client facilitation, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ideal backgrounds include: Former U.S. Navy/Submarine Qualified/Master Training Specialist/Power: Manufacturing/Instructional Designer/Curriculum Developer.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 yrs relevant experience OR - Associate's degree and 4 yrs relevant experience OR -Bachelor's degree and 2 yrs relevant experience.
