Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support our nursing team in the Med Surge Department. As a key member of our team, you will assist with patient care, perform basic medical procedures, and maintain accurate records. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with patient examination and treatment under the direction of a registered nurse or provider
  • Perform basic medical procedures within licensure as per policy
  • Observe patient's condition and report any changes
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of recording in patient's clinic records
  • Prepare patient rooms for admission and discharge
  • Provide support and assistance to ensure quality and quantity of work and care are achieved
  • Prioritize work and effectively adapt to changes in workload
  • Collaborate effectively across department and organizational boundaries
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Nursing Assistant certificate from the State of Washington, at least a Level A required
  • One or more years' experience working in an administrative position supporting office staff and activities
  • One of more years' experience in customer service or a clinical business environment
  • Current BCLS certification
  • Oral and written fluency in the English language
