We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team at CommonSpirit Health. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the assessment, plan, and implementation of individual patient care under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator.
  • Delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel according to the North Dakota Board of Nursing delegation rules.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
Qualifications:
  • Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
  • Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of two years experience in public health or home health nursing, with a preference for those with management experience.
