Position Overview: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within our esteemed Assisted Living community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Job Type: Part-Time Night Shift
Compensation: Competitive pay rate based on experience, up to $34.00/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess residents' physical and mental health to maintain optimal functioning.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Resident Care Department, ensuring all resident needs are met.
- Supervise and guide the work of Resident Care Assistants.
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalized care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
- Coordinate health services and manage medication programs in accordance with state regulations.
- Provide case management services, including scheduling medical appointments and managing referrals.
- Ensure compliance with medication management policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
- Current LPN License in New Jersey.
