Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at LKQ. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, analysis, and distribution of financial reports, as well as participating in the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, and assist in the preparation of financial models and projections.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct extensive ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and provide insights to management.
  • Communication: Draft communications and presentations to various internal and external parties, including the Board of Directors and outside investors.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience: 5+ years of related work experience, including public accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
  • Skills: Experience with IBM Planning Analytics or other multi-dimensional cube planning software tools, as well as SQL, VBA, Python, or other programming languages.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience: Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
