Job Overview

In this role, you will engage in various restoration tasks, including evaluating damage, performing cleanup, demolition, and preparing sites for reconstruction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect properties for damage caused by fire, mold, weather, and water.
  • Repair and restore homes or businesses to their original condition.
  • Sanitize and eliminate odors from indoor environments.
  • Demolish and reconstruct damaged structural components, such as drywall and plumbing.
  • Execute water extraction and mitigation operations.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of IICRC certification; WRT endorsement is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Proficient in using both power and hand tools.
  • Physical fitness is essential; ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and listening abilities.
  • Must reside within a specified distance from the office.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotational schedule.
  • Empathetic and compassionate nature.
  • Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience and additional certifications are beneficial.

Compensation:

Annual salary ranges from $34,000 to $65,000, based on experience and skills.
