Building Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Engineer to join our team in Seattle. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Class A office building.
Key Responsibilities- Perform regular audits on building management systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage the preventative maintenance program to prevent equipment failures and ensure timely maintenance.
- Assist management with safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and healthy work environment.
- Complete tenant work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Identify and report any irregular operations or performance of equipment and implement corrective procedures.
- Minimum 3+ years of technical experience in a Class A office setting.
- 07 License highly preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
- Experience with general maintenance requirements of the building, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and read/understand blueprints.
