Job Overview & Responsibilities:

As an Inpatient/Acute Care Speech-Language Pathologist, you will utilize evidence-based techniques to transform patients' lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with a diagnosis of stroke, traumatic brain injury, head and neck cancer, and progressive neurological conditions. This role provides opportunities for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidence-based practice for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to each patient to facilitate return home or to the next level of care.
  • Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs.
  • Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patients' families, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals (i.e., physicians, case management, nurses, social workers, dietitians, etc.).
Qualifications & Pay Range:

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a master's degree program in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $114,400 - $135,200 / Annually.
  • Sign-On & Relocation Bonuses.
