\t* Provide direction, supervision, and instruction to students in the clinical and lab areas
\t* Make expectations and objectives of the clinical assignments clear
\t* Select clients and/or experiences according to the clinical focus as outlined in the course syllabus
\t* Participate in teaching clinical and lab procedures
\t* Assist students with clinical data interpretation
\t* Conduct pre- and/or post-conferences each clinical day
\t* Supervise students during clinical and lab hours and hold them accountable to the program policies and standards of their profession
\t* Record and maintain anecdotes of strengths and concerns related to student performance
\t* Provide ongoing constructive verbal and written feedback to students regarding their clinical and/or lab performance
\t* Attend divisional, program, or level meetings as required
\t* Inform the Sterile Processing Programs Administrator or course lead instructors of any agency problems/concerns
\t* Discuss agency problems with the Program Administrator, where appropriate
\t* Formally evaluate students on clinical performance in writing on the program evaluation form at midterm of each semester and at the end of each term
\t* Hold private conferences with students for the review of clinical and/or lab performance evaluations
\t* Participate in the divisional faculty evaluation process according to divisional policy

\t* Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) with valid certification
\t* A minimum total of two years of experience in the Sterile Processing Technician or as an CRCST instructor or both within the last five years
\t* AHA CPR BLS Certified and current
\t* Preferred qualifications include an Associate and/or bachelor's degree in applied science, experience with blended course instruction and development, strong technology skills, and knowledge of Excel, Word, PeopleSoft, and Canvas Learning Management System
