Accompaniment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Accompaniment Specialist to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to live a healthy, productive, and independent life.

• Provide guidance and support to individuals during overnight hours, assisting with morning routines and ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
• Implement procedures to maintain a clean and safe living environment, promoting a healthy and productive lifestyle.
• Act as a strong advocate for individuals, promoting community integration and empowerment.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow established protocols to ensure the well-being of individuals in crisis.
• Assist individuals in accessing transportation and completing required documentation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
