As a Senior Clinical Therapist at Centennial Mental Health Center, you will engage with diverse individuals across various age groups who are experiencing mental health challenges or co-occurring disorders. This role involves providing clinical oversight to behavioral health professionals and participating in programmatic initiatives to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive screenings and assessments to identify individual treatment requirements
- Develop collaborative, client-focused treatment strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary clinical care approach
- Foster natural support systems for clients
- Deliver crisis intervention services and support ongoing professional growth
- Supervise clinical staff and provide guidance to other practitioners
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Colorado

- Awareness of ethical standards and clinical supervision methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Adaptability in work hours and willingness to travel as needed
$72,400 to $90,500 annually
