Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-office dispensing of oral medications to patients, ensuring accurate calculations and dosages.
  • Assist patients with financial assistance programs, record keeping, and maintaining inventory, including ordering medications.
  • Collect patient copayments, handle prior authorizations via CoverMyMeds, and communicate with pharmacies and non-pharmacy staff, including physicians.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with oncology or specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
  • California Certified Pharmacy Technician license.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Armenian is required.
  • Experience with processing refills and dispensing.
  • Experience with EMR systems.
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay rate range: $24.00 - $28.00/hr, DOE.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule.
