Job Description:

As a Senior Banker, you will be the first point of contact for financial center clients, helping to uncover personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists.

  • Deepen client relationships through platform services.
  • Support clients with self-service or transactional activities.
  • Provide exceptional client care.

Key responsibilities include proactively connecting with clients through outbound calls and conducting consistent follow-up routines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Has a minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
  • Is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships.

Desired Qualifications:

  • An Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded.
