Speech Language Therapist Position in School Setting

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist. This role involves working within a school environment, providing crucial speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs, developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals accordingly.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques to promote effective communication skills.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and professionals to support students' progress and communication skills, ensuring seamless integration of services.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
