McDonald's Custodian Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filter oil fryers daily to maintain equipment efficiency
  • Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
  • Take out and empty trash compactors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to ensure proper functioning of systems
