The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse is a key member of the healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a RN Clinical Nurse, you will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care, promote patient safety, and improve health outcomes.
Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver individualized patient care.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals, using effective communication methods.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care, promoting a fiscally responsible and collaborative team environment.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing, with a current RN license in the state of Georgia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with instructor certification preferred.
- Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience, with completion of accredited/approved school of nursing and requisition clinical hours required.
