- Our state-of-the-art facility features 40 operatories, with each dentist allocated two to facilitate efficient workflow.
- A six-month daily guarantee coupled with 32% collections provides a stable financial foundation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
- Utilize advanced medical imaging technologies for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.
- Maintain meticulous patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to provide comprehensive oral healthcare solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry and technology, ensuring continued growth and expertise.
Requirements:
- Holds a degree in Dental Medicine (DMD or DDS) from an accredited institution.
- Possesses an active state dental license in good standing.
- Is proficient in dental software systems, such as Eaglesoft.
- Has knowledge of medical coding and billing practices.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations is an asset.
- Exhibits strong communication skills, enabling effective patient education on oral health matters.
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The annual salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $280,000.
