We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Home Paramount Pest Control. As a leading provider of pest and termite control services, we offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow an appointment schedule to ensure timely completion of services
  • Interact with customers to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships
  • Perform pest and termite inspections and treatment using industry-standard protocols
  • Document services performed using a handheld device to maintain accurate records
  • Respond promptly to calls and inquiries from management and colleagues
  • Identify opportunities for additional pest management programs to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle to ensure efficient operations
  • Drive safely and obey all traffic laws to ensure a safe work environment
Requirements:
  • Take and pass state required exams to demonstrate expertise in pest control
  • Work independently with exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Communicate effectively with customers and read and understand product labels to ensure safe and effective service delivery
  • Meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and climbing
  • Provide a valid driving record to ensure safe transportation of equipment and personnel
  • Be flexible with work days and hours, including Saturdays, to meet customer needs and business demands
