Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Utilize the nursing process to create and implement personalized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Provide Skilled Nursing Services: Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other skilled nursing services as needed to promote patient health and well-being.
- Monitor and Document Patient Progress: Continuously assess patient condition and document progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Current RN License: Possess a current and active Registered Nurse license for the state in which you practice.
- Health Certificate: Maintain a current Health Certificate, as required by facility contract or state regulation.
- PPD or Chest X-Ray: Have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray, as required by facility contract or state regulation.
- BLS Certification: Possess a current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Experience: One year of prior Registered Nurse experience is preferred.
