6th and 7th Grade Mathematics Instructor

Job Summary:

BridgePrep Academy, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated 6th and 7th Grade Mathematics Teacher to join our team. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and promotes student growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction to ensure student achievement of academic goals.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mathematics education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote student achievement and well-being.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution.
• State certification in Mathematics Education.
• Experience in a classroom setting preferred.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 40+ hours spent at school per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
