Job Summary:

Brandt Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled Journeyman HVAC Installer to join our team. As a Journeyman HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and balance heating and air conditioning systems
  • Diagnose and repair issues with heating and air conditioning systems
  • Supervise and train junior installers
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals

Requirements:

  • NATE certification for all installer certifications
  • Knowledge of ductwork systems, low-voltage systems, refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps
  • Ability to troubleshoot and install both residential and light commercial systems
  • Ability to test and balance systems
  • Ability to provide own tools
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., work in tight spaces, and use a ladder
  • Leadership ability
