Orthopedic Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at Williamson Health. As an essential member of our healthcare system, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support during part-time night shifts.

About the Role

This position involves coordinating and implementing nursing care for patients with orthopedic needs, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their stay. Your expertise will be invaluable in assessing patients' conditions, developing personalized care plans, and administering treatments while adhering to strict healthcare standards.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care and support to patients and their families, fostering a positive and healing environment.

Requirements
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
  • Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS within 90 days of hire.
  • For 3rd floor telemetry unit:
    • Basic arrhythmia within 6 months of hire.
    • ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Salary and Location

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. The location of this role is Franklin, Tennessee, where you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art hospital and collaborate with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
