Job SummaryAFC Urgent Care is a dynamic medical facility operating in a retail environment. We prioritize teamwork and mutual support to ensure the highest quality care for our patients. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch medical care, directing staff in patient care, and fostering positive patient relationships in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our patients.
- Manage patient care during shifts, overseeing the clinical staff and ensuring timely completion of medical records.
- Supervise clinical staff during shifts, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Process biological specimens as needed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team.
- 3-5 years of experience in a medical setting.
- Mass NP or PA License.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, patients, and families.
- Professional appearance and attitude, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Active and current medical licensure in the state of practice.
- Active and current DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate, as needed.
- Ability to multitask and work independently, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
